Privacy policy

Introduction

Fixcodenow, Inc. (“Fixcodenow,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a Delaware corporation that operates the fixcodenow.com website and the Fixcodenow AI agent platform (together, the “service”). This policy describes what personal information we collect when you visit the site, request a demo, or use the platform, how we use that information, with whom we share it, and the choices you have. By using the service you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Information we collect

Account information. When you create a Fixcodenow account, we collect your name, email address, a hashed password, and (optionally) your company, role, and profile image. If you sign in through a third-party identity provider, we receive the basic profile fields that provider returns.

Usage data. As you use the platform we record metadata about the agents you create, the runs you execute, the tools they invoke, error traces, performance metrics, and aggregate counts. This data helps us operate the service, debug failures, and improve reliability.

Inputs and outputs. When you submit prompts, files, or other content to an agent and receive generated responses, we store both sides of that exchange so you can review, replay, and audit it. We treat these inputs and outputs as your content.

Payment information. Paid plans are processed by Stripe. Fixcodenow receives the billing email, plan tier, and a payment reference token; we do not see or store your card number, CVV, or full bank account details.

Communications. When you email us, submit a contact form, book a demo through Calendly, or open a support ticket, we keep a record of the exchange and any attachments so we can respond and follow up.

Automatically collected. Like most web services we receive your IP address, approximate location derived from that IP, device and browser identifiers, referring URL, and pages visited. We set first-party cookies and use a small number of third-party cookies described below.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and operate the service; to authenticate accounts and prevent abuse; to bill paying customers; to debug and improve the platform; to answer your questions; to send transactional messages (such as receipts, security alerts, and policy updates); and, where you have opted in, to send product news. We rely on the legal bases of contract, legitimate interest, consent (where required), and compliance with law, depending on the jurisdiction.

AI and your data

Fixcodenow does not use your inputs or outputs to train third-party foundation models, and we do not sell your content. To execute a run, we forward the relevant prompt to the model provider you have selected (for example, our hosted model partners) under contractual terms that prohibit those providers from training on your data. A list of current sub-processors is available on request. You can also configure agents to use self-hosted models, in which case prompts never leave the infrastructure you control.

How we share information

We share personal information with service providers who help us run the platform, including hosting and cloud infrastructure providers, the model providers described above, Stripe for billing, email delivery services, error-monitoring tools, and product analytics. Each is bound by a written data-processing agreement and may use the data only on our instructions. We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce our terms, to protect the rights and safety of Fixcodenow or others, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets — in which case we will notify affected users in advance where feasible. We share information with other parties only when you direct us to do so.

Cookies and tracking

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. We use a small set of analytics cookies to understand which pages and features are used most. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the service will not work correctly without them. We honor the Global Privacy Control signal where required by law.

Data retention

We retain account information and content for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information within thirty days, except where we are required to retain it for legal, accounting, or security reasons (for example, invoices we must keep for tax purposes). Backups containing your data are purged on a rolling schedule.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw consent, and to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information — Fixcodenow does not sell personal information. To exercise any of these rights, email devin@fixcodenow.com. We will respond within the time period required by law.

Security

We encrypt data in transit using TLS and at rest using industry-standard ciphers. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized employees on the principle of least privilege and is logged. We perform regular vulnerability scanning and have an internal incident-response process. No system is perfectly secure; if we ever experience a breach affecting your personal information we will notify you as required by applicable law.

International data transfers

Fixcodenow is based in the United States and our infrastructure and sub-processors may process personal information in the United States and other countries. If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (and equivalent UK and Swiss addenda) to transfer your personal information lawfully.

Children’s privacy

The service is not directed at children under eighteen and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under that age. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make a material change we will notify you by email or with an in-product notice before the change takes effect. The “last updated” date at the top of this page always reflects the current revision.
